1. The service
Leoza generates short-form vertical videos using AI. You supply prompts and topics; we produce MP4 files using OpenAI, Gemini, Unsplash, Pexels and other third-party services.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans renew monthly via Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once used. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the billing period.
4. Content ownership
Videos you generate belong to you. Voiceover, captions and rendered clips are licensed to you for any lawful use.
5. Third-party publishing
If you connect platforms such as TikTok, you authorize Leoza to upload videos on your behalf using the API scopes you approve. We never post without your action.
6. Acceptable use
Do not generate content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes the rights of others.
7. Liability
Leoza is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
